Herbarium
When I was a child our biology teacher gave us an assignment during the summer holidays, and that was to make our own herbarium. We were to learn about the plants that surrounded us. The most common plants should be collected, dried and classified. After that it was time to attach them to fine paper and document their names.

My old herbarium is now gone like many other things from my childhood. The desire to create a new one was nourished by the longing to rediscover something, which has been lost forever.
